Project Oversight Services:

Project Oversight is a service offering on Tenant Turnovers, Property Make-Ready Projects and smaller remodel projects with capital improvements that do not extend from outside of the existing home envelope. The building envelope is all of the elements of the outer shell/walls.  It could include replacement of windows and doors and upgrading kitchen cabinets and countertops and other work that requires plans and permits.

Note: Born Real Estate service offerings do not include: Project management, construction management, and on-site superintendent services for extended and larger capital improvement projects. Please consult a contractor.
